At TruckRaahee, we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your account and associated data.
1. How to Request Deletion
- Email us at: support@truckraahee.in
- Use subject: “Account Deletion Request”
- Include your registered phone number or email
We may verify your identity before processing your request to prevent unauthorized deletion.
2. What Data Will Be Deleted
- Your account information (name, email, phone)
- Your truck listings and uploads
- Your activity and usage data
- Communication history (where applicable)
3. What Data May Be Retained
- Legal compliance records
- Transaction history (for financial/legal reasons)
- Fraud prevention data
4. Processing Time
Your request will be processed within 7–15 working days after verification.
5. Account Deactivation vs Deletion
- Deactivation: Temporary disable access
- Deletion: Permanent removal of data
6. Third-Party Data
Data shared with third-party services (such as payment providers) may need to be deleted separately according to their policies.
