Pricing, Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Pricing Policy

All subscription plans and service fees are clearly listed on the TruckRaahee platform. Prices are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Company, but any changes will only affect future billing cycles and will be communicated to users in advance.

2. Refund Policy

As TruckRaahee provides digital B2B software services and lead generation tools, all payments made towards subscription plans are strictly non-refundable once the plan has been activated.

• We do not offer prorated refunds for partially used subscription periods.
• Refunds will only be considered in the rare event of a technical billing error (e.g., a double charge) verified by our backend systems.

3. Cancellation Policy

Users have the right to cancel their subscription renewals at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

• If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the platform's paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.
• No further charges will be made to your payment method after cancellation is confirmed.
